Puff Vinyl custom tees

Take your shirts to a whole new level.  It's not sublimation (dyes the shirt, no feel, must have a light colored or bleached shirt) not screen print, not smooth vinyl.  This is vinyl that puffs up and is so much fun. Text or design must be a solid color.  Once you place order, in the notes tell me or send me the design or text you want your shirt to say and recommended 3 colors you want in the tee.
